First attempt at flapper look on my mum

>Hey hey 🙂

Yesterday I practised my 1920s flapper look on my mum. This was the first practice, I am quite pleased with the result actually 🙂 Thought I’d post photos of my first attempt and then I’ll post photos of the look with accessories and hopefully improved application sometime in the next week or two 🙂 My tafe assignment is next monday. The tafe is bringing in a professional photographer so when I get my photos back I’ll post them 🙂

My family was surprised when they saw mum all done up coz she never wears eyeshadow! hehe dad’s face was funny when he walked in the door from work!

I’m going shopping today for a headband. I’m actually going to make one by buying a length of black ribbon and a feather and then make my own headband. I’ve already bought a long string pearl necklace. I just have to figure out the hair now..

Products used:

Natio – not sure on the color, it’s my mum’s

Avon lipliner – True red

Australis eyepallet – Cream with some white over the top

Avon eyeshadow duo (Star Dust) – charcoal color (also used to line lower lashline)
Chi Chi eye pallet (Brazillian Goddess) – black (also used to line upper and lower lashline)

Australis eyepallet – white with a cream color over the top.

Face of Australia eye pencil – Black

The name has worn off so im not sure on the brand

From Australis eyepallet

Wasphair half length falsies

Hope you all enjoy the photos 🙂 Oh yes and I will be doing a swatch of some MAC pigment eyeshadows and some Barry M products soon.

Love Chloe
